Shipping
 
All orders are shipped via USPS within 2 business days of receiving payment. Additional processing and shipping time may occur during peak Holiday shopping Thanksgiving through Christmas. Bluegrass Hive & Honey, LLC business hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm EST and closed on federal holidays. Standard shipping takes an average of 3-6 business days in transit after order processing. Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days in transit after order processing. Shipment timeline is determined by USPS and is not guaranteed. International shipping time is determined by your local customs office. Packages typically take 7-30 business days to arrive. Bluegrass Hive & Honey, LLC is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or shipping fees assessed by your customs or local postal service. Please check with your local customs and postal service to determine if there will be any additional fees before ordering.
 
Handling Fee
 
All orders are charged a $.75 handling fee. This fee is automatically added to your shipping cost at checkout. If you are eligible for free shipping and you select free shipping at checkout, the handling fee will be waived.
 
For lost or delayed packages
 
Bluegrass Hive & Honey, LLC will assist to the best of our abilities to track and locate packages, but most matters can be resolved quickly with your local post office. If a package is 4 or more business days late and your local USPS has failed to give a current location or updated delivery estimate, we will re-ship your package at no charge to you. We just ask that if/when a second package arrives that you refuse delivery and return to sender.
 
International Orders
 
Please Note Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
 
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
 
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to mistakes in shipping information provided, you, the customer, will be responsible for the additional shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package. We refund the cost of the order, minus shipping, and request you to reorder from our site again with the correct address.
 
 
Returns
 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t automatically offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@bluegrasshiveandhoney.com and send your item to: PO Box 4446 Lexington KY US .
 
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
